Special needs rescue since 2017.
Because every dog deserves a home.
Adopting is one of the best things you can do.
When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog a home. You’re also reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profit before animal welfare. Sadly, bad breeding is the cause of many of the birth defects our dogs suffer.

Heizous
Heizous is another of our megaesophagus dogs. He does not need a Bailey Chair he does great eating from a stand feeder.
Heizous was an emotional support dog his whole short life of 3 yes. Sadly his owner passed. He would love nothing more than to have his own person again. He is super friendly and listens well.
If you need a best friend this is the man for you !

Jimbo
Jimbo is a bulldog mix. Unfortunately due to poor breeding he was born with a bad back leg and a bad hip. The good news is he just had hip surgery and is doing really well. He has weeks of recovery ahead and is being so good about it. He is currently in foster but could go to the right home. His new owners will have to do daily exercises and leash walk only while he recovers. He loves people and especially kids. He is fine with other dogs.

Chessie
Chessie is 4 months old. Her mom was hit by a car while pregnant which has resulted in Chessies hips being deformed. She walks just fine. She just has her own unique way of doing it. She is not in pain and surgery is not an option for her.
